COHASSET — Town Manager Christopher Senior is pleased to share that the Town of Cohasset delivered hand-decorated wreaths to seniors ahead of the holidays earlier this month.
For the third year in a row, Town of Cohasset staff delivered wreaths throughout town to senior residents as part of an ongoing tradition started by Town Manager Christopher Senior during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The wreaths were purchased with funds raised from the Annual Cohasset Parent School Organization-METCO Fundraiser and decorated by staff members in each town department.
Cohasset Elder Affairs then assisted in the distribution effort by identifying those who would receive the wreaths.
“This project has been a great way to bring people together and spread joy during the holiday season, and I hope to continue this project for years to come,” Town Manager Christopher Senior said. “I would like to thank all those who took part in this effort once again this year and wish everyone a happy and safe holiday.”
