Groveland Council on Aging Seeking Full-Time Director

GROVELAND — The Town of Groveland announces that the Groveland Council on Aging is hiring a full-time director.

The full-time Director position is 37.5 hours a week, with a starting salary of $65,000 and eligible benefits.

The Director will oversee all aspects of elder affairs for Groveland, including utilizing internal and external resources to identify programs, services, and activities for the elders in the community. Responsibilities also include advocating and educating the community about the unique senior population.

Applicants should be able to demonstrate patience, compassion, and flexibility throughout the scope of work. Applicants also should be familiar with state and federal regulations regarding human services and elder affairs.
