HINGHAM — The Town of Hingham announces it will be hosting day two of its two-day COVID-19 test kit distribution this afternoon. The distribution will allow residents to obtain COVID-19 rapid antigen test kits.
WHEN
Kits will be available from 1-4 p.m. today, Tuesday, Feb. 15
WHERE
The site of the distribution will be 335 Lincoln St., the location of the Region’s COVID-19 testing site. Those seeking test kits should enter the site from Essington Street and look for the white tent when they arrive at the site.
WHAT
Test distribution is for Hingham residents only, and those looking to obtain tests must show a driver’s license. A total of two test kits – for a total of four rapid antigen tests – will be distributed per vehicle.
Tests will be distributed by Town staff, and members of the Hingham Police Department will be on-site to provide traffic detail.
The Town’s first test kit distribution took place Sunday, Feb. 13. The successful distribution provided approximately 400 test kits to residents.
