The Greater Cape Ann Community Collaborative and Middleton Board of Health invite the Middleton community to two special pop-up clinics in the coming weeks.
The clinics will be held on Saturday, Oct. 16, from 12-2 p.m., and Saturday, Nov. 6, from 12-2 p.m., at Richardson’s Farm, 156 South Main St. (Route 114), Middleton. Board of Health and GCACC nursing staff will be on hand to administer vaccines, and answer any questions visitors may have.
The clinics are open to anyone age 12 and older who lives, works, or studies in Middleton. The clinics will offer first or second doses of the two-dose Pfizer vaccine, and the single-dose Janssen (Johnson & Johnson) vaccine. Third doses and booster shots are not available at this time.
Everyone who is vaccinated at either clinic will receive a free ice cream cone, courtesy of Richardson’s.
Vaccines are free to all. Identification and health insurance are not required.
GCACC strongly encourages those who have not been vaccinated to do so. The Delta Variant is far more contagious than past versions of the virus.
Those interested are asked to register in advance via the state Vaxfinder site here. Walk-ins will be accepted as long as supplies last.
“Thank you to Richardson’s Farm for helping us bring the COVID-19 vaccine into the community,” said Julia Lobel, Pandemic Response Nurse for Middleton, Boxford, Topsfield. “We encourage anyone who has questions or concerns about vaccinations to come to the clinic and learn more.”
