East Kingston Fire Department to Hold Open House and Community Appreciation Event

EAST KINGSTON, N.H. — Chief Ed Warren and the East Kingston Fire Department invite residents to an Open House and Community Appreciation Event.

The event will take place on Saturday, July 31, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., at the fire station, 5 Main St. Food and drinks will be served free of charge.

East Kingston residents will be able to meet volunteer/call firefighters and Department staff, tour the station, and view demonstrations of the Department’s apparatus. The event also serves as a “thank you” to the many community members who made donations that allowed an upgrade of the station’s bathroom and shower.

“The community support for our bathroom/shower upgrade was incredible, especially amid the COVID-19 pandemic,” Chief Warren said. “We would love for the community to join us on Saturday, so we can thank everyone in person.”
