IPSWICH — Police Chief Paul A. Nikas announces that the Ipswich Police and Fire Departments are at the scene of a very serious crash involving a vehicle and three bicyclists.
Motorists are urged to avoid Topsfield Road, especially the vicinity of Turner Hill.
Multiple medical helicopters have been dispatched to the scene.
