RAYMOND — Superintendent Tina McCoy would like to announce a College and Career Fair will be held for Raymond High School Students next month.
WHEN:
Wednesday, April 8 from 8-10 a.m.
WHERE:
Raymond High School Gymnasium, 45 Harriman Hill Road
WHAT:
All Raymond High School students, as well as their parents or guardians, are invited to attend the College and Career Fair next month to learn more about career fields and opportunities available to them after graduation.
Freshman and sophomores will be able to attend from 8-9 a.m. Juniors and seniors will be able to attend from 9-10 a.m.
The fair will feature more than 50 vendors from colleges from around New England to businesses in industries like construction, environmental water testing, cosmetology, hospitality, contracting and more.
Students are encouraged to bring copies of their resumes to share with employers.
“Events like this are a great way for students to start planning for their future and speak directly with those from the careers or college they might be interested in,” Superintendent McCoy said. “We encourage all students who are interested to attend and learn more about potential future opportunities they can take part in.”
