Town of Groveland Invites Residents to Attend Tonight’s Annual Pumpkin Festival

GROVELAND —  Finance and Personnel Director Denise Dembkoski is pleased to invite residents to attend the town’s fifth annual Pumpkin Festival tonight. 

WHEN:

Wednesday, Oct. 23 from 5:30-7:30 p.m.

WHERE: 

Town Hall Lawn, 183 Main St.

WHAT:

The Town of Groveland is encouraging residents, visitors, business owners and family members of all ages to attend tonight’s pumpkin festival. Those attending are also invited to come in costume.

The annual festival will include a carved pumpkin contest for children ages 12-years-old and younger, as well as a contest for those 13-years-old and older. The top three pumpkin carvers in each category will be awarded prizes. 

At the festival, children will also have the opportunity to take part in a kids costume parade.The festival will additionally include tractor rides, library activities, crafts and food.
