WRENTHAM — Superintendent Paul Zinni is pleased to share that two King Philiip Regional High School seniors were recognized at the Hockomock League’s annual Scholar Athlete Dinner earlier this month.

On Thursday, May 2, seniors Caroline Robertson and Justin Willson were among 24 student-athletes honored at the Hockomock League’s annual banquet at Lake Pearl Luciano’s in Wrentham, for their success in academics and athletics.

“Justin and Caroline are two truly remarkable, well-rounded student-athletes,” King Philip Athletic Director Gary Brown said. “They represent what being a King Philip Warrior is all about, and worked hard to find success both in the classroom and in their respective sports.”

Willson played soccer earlier this year and is member of the outdoor track team.  Robertson is a member of the girls’ volleyball, indoor track and softball teams.

The students were chosen by King Philip Regional High School administrators for the Scholar Athlete Awards.

Willson will be attending Stony Brook University this fall where he will study Physics. Robertson will attend Boston College, where she will study neuroscience.

At the banquet, 24 student-athletes from all 12 schools within the Hockomock League were recognized for their accomplishments.
