Fairhaven Police Arrest Man for Trafficking Fentanyl, Cocaine

Police Seize More than 19 Grams of Fentanyl and More Than 500 Grams of Cocaine

FAIRHAVEN — Lt. Kevin Kobza reports that the Fairhaven Police Department and the Wareham Police Department arrested a man on drug charges.

ROBERT WARD, AGE 56, OF EAST WAREHAM is charged with:

  • Trafficking Cocaine
  • Trafficking Fentanyl

On Friday, May 10, at approximately 9 a.m., Fairhaven and Wareham Police, with assistance from the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration, executed a search warrant at 6 Bartlett Lane in East Wareham.

Police seized more than 500 grams of powder and crack cocaine, more than 19 grams of fentanyl and Suboxone. They also seized digital scales and packaging materials.

WARD was booked at the Wareham Police Department and held pending his arraignment at Wareham District Court.

These are allegations. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
