Dracut Police Announce Missing Resident Suffering from Alzheimer’s Disease is Found Safe by Police in Bedford

DRACUT — Police Chief Peter Bartlett is very pleased to report that a resident who suffers from Alzheimer’s Disease and wandered away from home on Saturday morning was found in the town of Bedford and is safe.

Mark Bertolami, age 51, of Dracut was found by an alert Bedford Police Officer and was uninjured. He has bee reunited with his family.

Chief Barlett offers his sincere thanks to everyone who joined in the search effort including State Rep. Colleen Garry, dozens of local volunteers and area police departments who sent resources and spread the word to ensure that Bertolami was found safe and sound.
