Littleton Police Arrest Alleged Opioid Dealer

LITTLETON — Chief Matthew J. Pinard reports that the Littleton Police Department, after a long-term investigation, arrested a man today and charged him with selling drugs.

LITTLETON — Chief Matthew J. Pinard reports that the Littleton Police Department, after a long-term investigation, arrested a man today and charged him with selling drugs.

RAYMOND HOWARD, AGE 42, OF LITTLETON was charged with:
Distribution of a Class B Substance (Oxycontin).

The arrest comes as a result of a months-long investigation using by the Littleton Police Detective Unit into drug activity at the Pondside Apartments on King Street. The apartment complex is just off of Rt. 495. During the investigation, plainclothes officers conducted multiple drug purchases from HOWARD.

At approximately 9 a.m. Friday, Littleton Police Detectives assisted by the Boxborough Police Detectives executed an arrest warrant at HOWARD’s residence, and he was arrested without incident. A search warrant was also executed at his apartment, which resulted in the seizure of dozens of prescription Oxycontin pills.

HOWARD is being held at the Littleton Police Department pending his arraignment at Ayer District Court later today.

These are allegations. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty.
