MIDDLEBOROUGH — Fire Chief Lance Benjamino and Police Chief Joseph Perkins report that Bedford Street (Route 18) has been reopened while firefighters still work to extinguish a fire at a junkyard Thursday morning.
Bedford Street was reopened at approximately 11:15 a.m. after being closed from Old Center Street to the Middleborough rotary.
At approximately 9:30 a.m., first responders were notified of a fire at Zion’s Auto Parts, 128 Bedford St.
