WHEN:

Friday, August 3

    • Registration – 10 a.m.
    • Shotgun Start – Noon

WHERE:

Cedar Knoll Country Club, 13020 Route 116, Hinesburg, Vermont

WHO:

Vermont Association of Chiefs of Police

WHAT:

Each year the Vermont Association of Chiefs of Police rotates their annual golf tournament to a different part of the state. This year it will be held in the heart of the Champlain Valley at Cedar Knoll Country Club.

The 27-hole championship golf course features rolling hills and elevation changes that provide unique character among stunning views of the northwestern Vermont landscape.

The event is fun and fast paced and there will be a barbecue and raffle prizes given away following the tournament.

Thanks to a generous donation from local law enforcement supporters Kelly and Steve Hofmann, a brand-new 2018 Chevrolet Corvette will be the prize at the tournament’s hole-in-one contest.

The cost to play in the tournament is $100 per person.

To become a corporate sponsor for the event, a $100 donation will get your company’s name on a sign at a tee box. A donation of $500 will get your company’s name featured on three tee boxes and on a prominently displayed banner at the tournament.

For those who would like to sign up to play, become a sponsor or donate a raffle item, please email Chief Robbie Blish at rblish@townofwoodstock.org or or call him at 802-457-7501.

All checks can be made payable to VT Assoc. of Chiefs of Police or VACOP and mailed to P.O. Box 212, Woodstock, Vermont, 05091.

Funds collected will go toward the association’s scholarship awards and advancing the VACOP’s public safety agenda.
