Easton Police and Fire Departments Respond to Serious Crash

EASTON — Police Chief Gary Sullivan and Fire Chief Kevin Partridge report that the Easton Police and Fire Departments have responded to a serious crash Friday morning.

At approximately 7:25 a.m., a two-vehicle crash occurred at the intersection of Turnpike and Depot streets.

A 79-year-old Easton man, driving a Toyota Camry, suffered what are believed to be serious, potentially life-threatening injuries. He was taken by ambulance to Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton.

An 18-year-old Easton man, who was driving a Ford F-150 pickup truck, suffered injuries that are not believed to be life-threatening. He was also taken by ambulance to Good Samaritan Medical Center.

There were no passengers in the vehicles.

The cause of the crash is under investigation. The State Police Collision Analysis & Reconstruction Sections (CARS) unit was called to the scene to provide accident reconstruction.
