Taunton Fire Department Unveils New Website and Social Media Channels

TAUNTON — Chief Timothy Bradshaw is pleased to announce that the Taunton Fire Department has launched its new website, giving residents an updated and modern space to access department news, resources and safety information.

The new site features a bright, user-friendly design with large photos, a news blog and an intuitive menu system for easy navigation.

“Our new site will allow us to modernize our communications and improve our ability to connect with residents in real time,” Chief Bradshaw said. “We hope that the community will take some time to explore the new site and continue to monitor our blog for recent news updates!”

Sections featured on the website include department history and a complete roster, as well as a photo gallery. Residents are encouraged to visit the department’s news blog to stay up to date with all of the latest fire department news and updates.

The website was designed and created by John Guilfoil Public Relations LLC (JGPR) as part of the company’s ongoing contract with the City of Taunton to provide communications and digital services for the city. In addition to the website, JGPR also created Facebook and Twitter pages for the department and is in the process of finalizing a new website design for the Taunton Police Department.
