Manchester Man Pleads Guilty in Negligent Homicide Case

BEDFORD – Police Chief John J. Bryfonski reports that a Manchester man has pleaded guilty to negligent homicide and reckless conduct charges stemming from a fatal motor vehicle accident that occurred last year in Bedford.

Manchester Man Pleads Guilty in Negligent Homicide Case

BEDFORD – Police Chief John J. Bryfonski reports that a Manchester man has pleaded guilty to negligent homicide and reckless conduct charges stemming from a fatal motor vehicle accident that occurred last year in Bedford.

DENG M. CHOL MABOR, AGE 40, OF MANCHESTER, pleaded guilty to Negligent Homicide (DUI) and Reckless Conduct on Sept. 6 at the Hillsborough Superior Court North.

CHOL MABOR was sentenced to 1 1/2 to seven years in a house of correction with 402 days of pretrial credit served and an indefinite loss of license. Additionally, CHOL MABOR is sentenced to seven years of probation upon release from the negligent homicide sentence.

On Friday, July 29, 2016, CHOL MABOR was arrested after the vehicle he was driving struck a utility pole and flipped over, killing Thon A. Kuai from Manchester and injuring the other 24-year-old female passenger. The Bedford Technical Accident Reconstruction Team investigated the incident.
