North Reading Police Arrest Three for Possession, Distribution of Drugs

NORTH READING — Chief Michael P. Murphy reports that the North Reading Police Department arrested three men yesterday for drug related charges.

TAYLOR ROBINSON, AGE 19, OF NORTH READING is charged with:

  • Distribution Class B Substance
  • Distribution Class B Substance
  • Distribution Class E Substance
  • Possession with Intent to Distribute a Class B Substance
  • Conspiracy to Violate the Controlled Substance Laws
  • Obstruction of Justice
  • Resisting Arrest

MICHAEL ROBINSON, AGE 23, OF NORTH READING is charged with Possession of a Class A Substance

RICHARD SETTIPANE, AGE 18, OF NORTH READING is charged with:

  • Possession of a Class B Substance
  • Possession of a Class B Substance
  • Conspiracy to Violate the Controlled Substance Laws

On Wednesday, May 18, North Reading Police executed a warrant at 22 Lindor Road. The warrant came after a month-long investigation by the North Reading Police Department, with the assistance of the Drug Enforcement Agency and North Andover police into drug distribution in the area.

Upon executing the warrant, police found drugs in the home. As a result, the three men were arrested.

“This investigation revealed that illegal drug sales were occurring at this residence and adversely affecting the quality of life in neighborhood,” Chief Murphy said. “Thank you to our counterparts at the DEA and the North Andover Police Department for their assistance with this case.”

These are allegations. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty.
