Methuen Police Charge Three with Trafficking Fentanyl, Cocaine

GABRIEL DEJESUS, AGE 31, OF HAVERHILL, was arrested and charged with: 

  • Trafficking in Fentanyl
  • Trafficking in Crack Cocaine

ACQUILA GREEN, AGE 45, OF ROCHESTER, NEW HAMPSHIRE, was arrested and charged with: 

  • Trafficking in Fentanyl
  • Trafficking in Crack Cocaine

MINDY VACHON, AGE 44, OF ROCHESTER, NEW HAMPSHIRE, was arrested and charged with: 

  • Trafficking in Fentanyl
  • Trafficking in Crack Cocaine

On Tuesday, Jan. 24, the Methuen Police Department’s Street Crimes Unit was conducting surveillance near Cochrane Circle after receiving complaints about drug dealing in the area. At approximately 3:15 p.m., police observed what they recognized as an alleged drug transaction taking place. The suspect vehicles involved were subsequently stopped by police.

During a search of the vehicles, Methuen Police seized more than 35 grams of fentanyl and more than 30 grams of crack cocaine. Detectives also seized $5,700 in cash.

DEJESUS was held on $25,000 bail. GREEN and VACHON were each held on $15,000 bail. All three are expected to be arraigned Wednesday in Lawrence District Court.

These are allegations. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
