Marblehead Police Seeking to Identify Male Driver Who Reportedly Approached Boy Thursday Afternoon

MARBLEHEAD — Chief Robert Picariello reports that the Marblehead Police Department is seeking information on a driver who reportedly approached a boy this afternoon.

MARBLEHEAD — Chief Robert Picariello reports that the Marblehead Police Department is seeking information on a driver who reportedly approached a boy this afternoon. 

At approximately 4:50 p.m. today, a man called police and reported that another man had approached his 11-year-old son in the area of Stramski Park. The boy had been with his friends in the park prior to the incident occurring. 

The man was reported to have been driving a large black pick-up truck. 

The individual is not wanted by police at this time, but police are looking to identify him.

This incident remains under investigation. Anyone with information about the incident or who may have been in the area of Stramski Park around the time of the incident is asked to contact the Marblehead Police Department at 781-631-1212.
