Bedford Police Arrest Man for December Robbery

BEDFORD —  Police Chief John Bryfonski reports that CHRIS VALLIERE, AGE 42, OF MANCHESTER was arrested in connection with the Dec. 28 robbery of Heaven’s Market on Boynton Street.

VALLIERE turned himself into the police around 9 a.m. on March 31. A warrant for his arrest was issued by Bedford Police after an investigation had zeroed in on him as the suspect in the robbery.

VALLIERE was arraigned the same day and released on $10,000 bail. His probable cause hearing will be this Thursday at 9:30 a.m. at Merrimack District Court.

All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty.
