Dracut Police and Fire to Host Annual Public Safety Night

DRACUT – Police Chief Peter Bartlett and Fire Chief Michael Cunha are pleased to announce that the Dracut Police and Fire Departments will be hosting their annual Public Safety Night at the end of the month.

WHEN:

Thursday, June 26 from 6:30-8:30 p.m.

WHERE:

Veterans Memorial Park, 80 Broadway Road

WHAT:

Dracut Police and Fire will be hosting their annual Public Safety Night, a free event open to the public.

The event will feature a Touch-A-Truck, allowing residents and community members to explore police cruisers, fire trucks, Department of Public Works vehicles, and Northeastern Massachusetts Law Enforcement Council (NEMLEC) equipment.

There will also be a dunk tank and a Town fireworks display.

Residents and community members are encouraged to attend the event and connect with public safety partners for a night of family fun.

“This is a wonderful event for community members to stop by and say hi to our personnel,” said Chief Bartlett. “We would like to thank our public safety partners for providing equipment and vehicles.”

“We encourage residents to attend our annual public safety night as this is a great way for community members to get to know our department and learn about the work we do across Dracut,” said Chief Cunha.
