NORTH ATTLEBORO — Chief Christopher Coleman reports that the North Attleboro Fire Department responded to a fire Friday afternoon.
On Friday, July 7 at approximately 1 p.m. North Attleboro Fire responded to a home on Haddock Drive for reports of a structure fire.
Upon arrival, crews observed a resident who was suffering from serious burns from what as determined to be a grease fire. The fire had been put out by other occupants of the home before the arrival of North Attleboro Fire.
The resident was transported to a Rhode Island hospital with serious injuries. There were no other injuries.
